I’ve spent the last decade coaching on every level, from the
gym floor to as a body transformation specialist, Master
Trainer at Barry’s Bootcamp, studio owner, and founder of
two successful online coaching platforms.
I’ve trained elite athletes, delivered keynotes at London
Business School and Technogym about how to balance training
and business, and led thousands of classes, but at every
level, I saw the same thing: people doing the work but not
getting the result.
So I built TRAINTHAT, to cut through the noise and give

helped me stay strong, lean, and high-performing while
building a business, without burning out or sacrificing the
